If you have registered on TOES using an email address from the AT&T group:
please note that your providers are dropping all emails from TOES on their mailservers. This is a known (and old) issue AT&T is not doing anything about.
From TOES these email addresses are NOT supported: if you forget your password or username, you will no longer be able to log in as you cannot reset your account. We are getting these username/password requests for att.net (or related) accounts daily, and the workload of dealing with this support is no longer feasible as it is too time consuming.
You still have access to your account?
We recommend you update your TOES account and select another email address. If you do not have another emailadress, you could always consider getting a free email address from gmail.com (Google).
To edit your account, log in, then select My Profile/Edit my Profile from the menu
Select the tab Contact Info, and enter your new email address there, then save.
You no longer have access to your account?
There are currently three options:
1 – ask the entry clerk to enter the cats for you (since you no longer have access to your account) - this is NOT recommended as long term solution
2 – provide us with an emailaddress that is not blocking TOES emails (so not one of the listed domains). We will update your account with the new mail address and you will be able to reset and recover all your account info using that email address.
3 - if you insist on getting a password reset, or need to recover your username through our support desk, this will be made available as a paying service only in the future
Please don't forget to log in to have access to TOES. Only users that are logged in have access to the functionality of TOES:
Check the Show Calendar for shows you're interested in.
Add your cats to TOES so you can enter them into shows.
Add your club to TOES so you can list your shows in the Show Calendar.
If you do not have an account yet, then create one now using the register option in the login window.
